Snow Canyon State Park
We went rock climbing, did the Jenny Canyon trial, and did the Scout Cave trail.
Including Zion National Park and Snow Canyon State Park
Since we had some time to fill, we decided to spend some time in southern Utah until it was time for our Minnesota and Alaska adventures in the summer. We both went to Southern Utah University, so we were already well versed in St. George and other southern Utah areas.
While we were here, we did some rock climbing and hikes in Snow Canyon, as well as went on some epic adventures in Zion National Park.

We've been to Zion many times, but this time we tried something new. Lady Mountain is a historic feature at Zion, it was actually one of the first official trails in the park and included cables (similar to Angels Landing) to make the hike doable without technical equipment. Nowadays, the trail is no longer official/maintained and the cables have been torn out, so the only way to summit Lady Mountain is to bring climbing gear for the 5.7 sections of climbing. We put up a valiant effort but in the end we ran out of time and didn't summit, but we had an amazing time climbing up most of it.
Trevor canyoneered Lodge Canyon in Zion with his friend Blair, and they also included summiting Mountain of the Sun due to it's close proximity to Lodge Canyon. It was an epic day!
